Oriental Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings (about 28 - 36)
- 1/4 C fermented black beans
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/4 C sesame oil
- 1/4 C unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C molasses
- 2/3 C hoisin sauce
- 1/4 C horseradish
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 1 T mustard
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1/2 C ketchup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for chicken wings. Toss the sauce with the wings and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Bake 45 minutes at 400°, basting every 10 minutes, until well glazed and a deep, rich, reddish-brown color.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
